Shipping & Delivery
Products are delivered through reliable third-party courier services across Bangladesh. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days. Delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.

Returns & Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Limitation of Liability
